Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use UDocument.online and purchase a downloadable document template.

These terms are written for a digital document-template service. They do not create a solicitor-client relationship and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Notice and Legal Disclaimer.

1. Who we are

UDocument.online provides online document-template tools for users who want to generate printable legal-style documents. You can contact us at support@udocument.online.

2. What you buy

The current product is a downloadable England assured periodic tenancy agreement template package. After successful payment, the document is generated from the details you entered and can be downloaded in DOCX and PDF formats.

The product is supplied as digital content. It is a template and self-service document tool, not bespoke legal advice.

3. Your responsibility for the information entered

You are responsible for checking that the names, addresses, rent, deposit, dates, guarantor details, custom clauses and all other information you enter are accurate and suitable before signing or using the document.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Once payment is successful, you are redirected to a download page where the generated document can be downloaded.

5. Immediate digital delivery

By completing checkout and accessing the download page, you request immediate supply of the digital content. Where applicable consumer cancellation rules allow this, you acknowledge that cancellation rights may be affected once digital content has been supplied or downloaded.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to:

  • upload or enter unlawful, misleading or harmful content;
  • attempt to disrupt the service or bypass payment;
  • resell, copy or redistribute the template as a competing product;
  • use the document in a jurisdiction for which it is not intended.

7. Availability and changes

We may update the site, documents, pricing and policies from time to time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, UDocument.online is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user input, unsuitable use, changes in law after purchase, or failure to take professional advice where needed.

9. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another jurisdiction.
