Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellation requests work for UDocument.online digital document templates.
1. Digital delivery
After successful payment, the document is made available immediately as DOCX and PDF. Because this is digital content, refund and cancellation rights can differ from physical goods.
2. Our suitability promise
If you buy the template and, before signing or using it, reasonably believe it is not suitable for your letting, contact us within 7 days at support@udocument.online. Include the payment email, purchase date and a short explanation.
We may offer a refund, correction or practical guidance on using the downloaded files.
3. When refunds may be refused
- where the document has already been used, signed or materially relied on;
- where the problem is caused by inaccurate information entered by the user;
- where the document is used outside England or for an unsuitable legal situation;
- where the request is abusive, fraudulent or made outside the stated period.
4. Technical problems
If checkout succeeds but you cannot access or download the document, contact us. We will try to restore access, provide the file again, or refund you where we cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank or card provider.
